Why is coaching not covered by insurance?

Most insurance companies do not cover coaching  but check with your provider or employer if they have benefits that will cover this type of work. Many companies will help subsidize coaching or offer it as a benefit.

How will I know if I should do coaching or therapy?

If you are uncertain what type of work you would like to do, we can discuss what you want to work on and I can help determine which of my services would be of most help.  It may take 2-3 sessions to determine and these sessions will be considered consolations and can be billed to insurance.
